Job summary

Premium Retail Services, part of Acosta Group, seeks a district leader to drive sales across multiple wireless locations. You will coach store teams, recruit and onboard new staff, and align merchandising with district goals.

You’ll analyze district data, collaborate with store managers and Talent Acquisition, and travel up to 85% to visit stores. Base salary plus monthly bonus, with nationwide scope across 1,300+ locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% across the district.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong wireless/telecom retail sales background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor store teams in selling and customer connections.
• Own recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding across stores.
• Monitor scheduling, inventory, and cash controls to keep stores performing.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and store managers on staffing needs.
• Analyze district data to identify opportunities and improve execution.
• Build relationships with store managers and share market insights with leadership.
• Foster a customer-first, collaborative team culture.
