Premium Retail Services, LLC is seeking a Wireless Sales Lead for a multi-store district across the Missouri region. You will recruit, coach, and coach a team of Wireless Sales Pros and Leads, driving performance in 10-15 locations and owning staffing, coaching, and execution on the floor.

You’ll travel up to 85% of the time, mentor your staff, and partner with store leaders to turn data into action and grow sales, with a strong emphasis on customer-first service and ethical leadership.

Competenze

• 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership – managing several stores or a district at once.
• Travel up to 85% of the time across the district, including some evenings and weekends.
• Wireless / telecom retail background preferred.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Keep the operation running smoothly; scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising
• Build trusted relationships with store managers, and bring market insights and ideas back to senior leadership
• Set the tone with a customer-first, collaborative mindset, making thoughtful, ethical choices and working side-by-side with your team
