Premium Retail Services seeks an experienced district leader to supervise 10–15 wireless sales locations across the Gulfport area, directly shaping performance. You will hire, coach, and mentor a team of Wireless Sales Pros and Leads, owning staffing, coaching, and on-floor execution to maximize results.

You will travel frequently, visit stores, analyze data, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement market-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership and coaching across a district.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% across the district, including some evenings and weekends.
• Wireless/telecom retail sales background is strongly preferred.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams.

Responsabilités

• Be a visible field presence, visiting stores, spotting what works, and coaching the team.
• Develop people through training and mentorship to become skilled sellers.
• Own recruiting, staffing, and build a talent pipeline for future needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and store managers on staffing and onboarding.
• Turn data into action by analyzing metrics and driving execution across the district.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising.
• Build relationships with store managers and share market insights with leadership.
• Set a customer-first, collaborative tone and lead by example.
