Job summary

Premium Retail Services, part of Acosta Group, seeks a district leadership role to drive wireless program performance across 10–15 store locations. You will hire, coach, and lead Wireless Sales Pros and Leads, owning staffing, coaching, and floor-time to shape district results.

This leadership position emphasizes ownership of recruiting, coaching, and data-driven execution. Expect travel across the district and a strong focus on customer-first, ethical leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit / multi-location leadership.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 85% across the district, including evenings and weekends.
• Strongly preferred: wireless / telecom retail sales background.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships with store leaders and field teams.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible presence in the field, regularly visiting stores and coaching the team.
• Develop your people; coach, train, and mentor them into skilled sellers.
• Own recruiting and hiring; build a pipeline for future staffing needs.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and store managers on staffing and onboarding.
• Turn data into action; analyze numbers to uncover opportunities and drive execution.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising.
• Build relationships with store managers and relay market insights to leadership.
• Set a customer-first, collaborative tone for the team.
