Job summary

Premium Retail Services, LLC is seeking a district leader to drive wireless sales across 10–15 stores in the Texas Amarillo area. You will hire, coach, and grow a team of Wireless Sales Pros and Leads who turn store traffic into real results, with ownership of staffing and coaching on the floor.

Expect to travel up to 85% of the time, recruiting and mentoring teams, while analyzing data to boost district performance and collaborating with store managers and Talent Acquisition to stay ahead of

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading multiple stores or a district
• Willingness to travel up to 85% across the district
• Preferred: wireless/telecom retail sales background
• Clear communication and relationship-building with store leaders
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a visible field presence; visit stores and coach teams
• Develop people into skilled sellers through training and mentorship
• Own recruiting and build a strong talent pipeline
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and store managers on staffing
• Turn district data into actionable improvements and execution
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising
• Build relationships with store managers and relay market insights to leadership
• Set a customer-first, collaborative tone and lead by example
