Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse activities of workers in receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and stock records.
• Ensure staff work safely and efficiently; Aries facility and staff secure; required processes completed.
• Account for Aries property, assets, inventory, and equipment.
• Acknowledge and complete tasks assigned by Aries Management and Warehouse Managers.
• Locate freight and run day-to-day operations; assist in FTZ growth.
• Manage staff selection, development, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Supervise labeling or packing of materials or products.
• Suggest improvements to procedures for a safe, productive environment.
• Load trucks with proper freight.
• Train staff to work safely and efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism with customers, Aries staff and management.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment at Aries.
• Monitor safety procedures and equipment.
