Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Shipping experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages (MS NAV preferred) and scanning equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shipping, loading, and unloading of trucks.
• Oversees packing and distribution of finished goods.
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space and improving layout.
• Enforces operating instructions and initiates preventive maintenance.
• Meets warehouse operational standards; coordinates activities across plant locations.
