Job summary

Paycom - ATS in New Holland, PA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee Receiving, Pick and Pack, Shipping, Returns and Staffing in a busy warehouse.

You will lead the team, set performance expectations, monitor results, coach staff, and enforce safety, policies and compliance with SLAs.

Requires at least 2 years of supervisory warehousing experience, good communication and bilingual English/Spanish preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to teach, coach, and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including Receiving, Pick and Pack, Order Verification, Shipping, and Returns; staffing oversight.
• Engage in strategic planning to align operational goals with business objectives.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless workflow.
• Manage inbound and outbound transportation to optimize logistics efficiency.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures across departments for compliance.
• Lead safety training initiatives and establish safe working guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to coordinate warehouse schedules; ensure SLA adherence.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and activities; evaluate performance for promotions/merit increases.
• Perform additional duties to support warehouse operations and business objectives.
