Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Experience in a distribution/fulfillment environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse schedules and work closely with Operations Manager/Director of Operations.
• Direct warehouse personnel and activities to ensure compliance with client contracts.
• Prepare status and production reports.
• Communicate receipt and processing of client products.
• Interacting and training of new employees including temp staff.
• Communicate and ensure the safety and welfare of all employees.
• Related administration duties.
