Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience: minimum of three years in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or similar operational environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Language: bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge: inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehouse systems.
• Core Skills: leadership, performance management, data analysis, prioritization, problem solving.
• Certifications: supervisory or leadership training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse personnel to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
• Plan staffing levels, schedules, and resource allocation based on demand and priorities.
• Interview, onboard, train, and develop employees while supporting engagement and succession planning.
• Direct daily warehouse activities including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to address issues in safety, quality, throughput, or costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
