Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a District Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse activities across the district, including receiving, transport, stacking, order filling, and stock record maintenance. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and secure facilities.

You will coordinate with Aries Management and Warehouse Managers, plan work schedules, lead training, improve procedures, and maintain professional interactions with customers and colleagues to ensure efficient, safe operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years’ experience in warehouse supervision.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse activities for receiving, transporting, stacking, and order filling.
• Ensure staff safety and secure Aries facility and assets.
• Account for inventory, equipment, and shipments.
• Coordinate with Aries management and warehouse managers on tasks.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to meet workload.
• Load trucks with proper freight and maintain stock records.
• Train staff to work safely and efficiently.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and staff.
• Improve procedures for a safe, productive environment.
