Paycom - ATS is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Santa Fe Springs, CA to provide hands-on leadership and daily operational support for warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You will supervise, train, and support a team, ensuring accurate shipments and efficient workflow.

The role requires experience with RF scanners, WMS/ERP systems, and forklift operation, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and timely delivery.

Qualificações

• Lead and direct warehouse staff across shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, and material handling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, and direct warehouse employees in shipping, receiving, cycle counts, order picking and material handling.
• Coordinate daily priorities and workflow to support on-time order fulfillment.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for product, quantity, documentation, and overall accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely to move, load, unload, and store materials.
• Promote safety, housekeeping, and adherence to procedures.
