SpinXpress Laundry is seeking a District Team Lead to manage multiple stores in the Arlington, TX area. You will recruit and develop managers, drive customer-focused service, and uphold brand standards across locations.

You will coach teams, monitor operations, and implement scalable processes to sustain growth. A degree or equivalent experience is required, with strong leadership and budgeting knowledge.

• Proficiency in Windows environment and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Establish workplace culture aligned with SpinXpress objectives in Arlington, TX district.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and nurture managers and attendants in the Arlington district.
• Develop teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Monitor operational patterns and perform district analysis.
• Create HR-compliant procedures for the Arlington district.
• Guide staff onboarding and ongoing development in the district.
• Encourage accountability through feedback in the Arlington district.
• Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal targets.
• Manage schedules, training, call-ins, and overtime for the district.
• Implement processes to sustain excellence in quality, speed, and output.
