Job summary

The role focuses on leadership development, accountability, and scalable processes as SpinXpress expands its Fresh and Commercial divisions, delivering consistent results and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in operations or related fields essential.
• Background in retail, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and development qualities required.
• Strong problem-solving and budgeting basics are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Establish workplace culture and define SpinXpress mission for Fort Worth district.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and mentor district managers and attendants.
• Develop teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Monitor and predict operational patterns and analysis for the district.
• Create procedures compliant with HR regulations for the district.
• Guide, support, and develop staff including onboarding in the district.
• Encourage ownership and ensure accountability through feedback in the district.
• Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal targets in the district.
• Manage staff schedules including training, call-ins, and overtime in the district.
• Implement and refine processes to sustain operational excellence continually.
