SpinXpress Laundry is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily operations, energize the team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience in our Texas store. You will maintain a pristine store, oversee operations, and foster a positive, collaborative workplace that supports growth.

The ideal candidate combines leadership with a strong service mindset, willingness to grow with the brand, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• On the job training.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
• Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
• Knowledge and experience with inventory management.
• A schedule flexible to holidays, weekends, evenings, and on-call when necessary.
• History of achieving and consistently exceeding professional goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Create a workplace culture aligned with SpinXpress goals, mission, and values.
• Recruit, interview, hire and staff the team appropriately.
• Coach, mentor and onboard new employees.
• Schedule staff to meet daily operations and maintain service levels.
• Handle cash management and transactions accurately.
• Provide direction to team in line with SpinXpress policies and tasks.
• Participate in promotional programs.
