Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a District Manager to lead at least 15 store teams across the assigned area in Springfield, MA. You will drive store profitability, customer service, and safety compliance while mentoring store managers.

You will recruit, coach, and develop leaders, oversee merchandising, operations, and budgets, and travel up to 50% to support district objectives. This is a full-time role with a focus on results and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years retail experience with multi-store exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the success and profitability of stores while ensuring outstanding customer service and a safe, compliant work environment.
• Oversee merchandising, operations, and expense control programs.
• Lead, coach, and mentor store managers to meet business objectives.
