Job summary

Family Dollar in Charlotte, North Carolina, invites a District Manager to lead 15+ store teams across the district and to drive profitability while ensuring outstanding customer service and a safe, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities include coaching store managers, sourcing and developing talent, and implementing processes for consistency across the district. Must be comfortable with traveling up to 50% and lifting up to 55 lbs. EOE and ADA compliant.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and motivational skills with ability to build an effective team.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills; able to analyze and present information.

Responsibilities

• Lead 15+ store teams across the district and drive profitability and customer service.
• Oversee merchandising, operations and expense control programs across stores.
• Coach and mentor district store managers to meet business objectives.
