Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a District Manager to oversee 15+ store teams across the district, driving profitability while delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead, coach, and mentor store managers, ensuring operational excellence and budget adherence across merchandising, operations, and expense programs.

The role requires strong leadership, HR/asset protection skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading multiple stores is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and develop store managers.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting.
