Qualifications

• Ability to multitask across several stores while maintaining standards.
• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Food service background is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members across stores.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, providing performance feedback to the GM.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
• Maintain operational and customer service standards.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
