Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive store success across district stores, delegating tasks, mentoring teams, and upholding performance standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, and reaching.
• Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia law may require 21 for certain tasks).
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
• Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Aufgaben

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work with Team Members to maintain smooth operations across stores.
• Foster a positive store culture and uphold Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulations and standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
