Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across several stores in your district. You’ll coach teams, drive sales, and uphold customer service standards while traveling between locations.

You'll manage daily tasks, mentor Team Members, and report to a General Manager. This role offers a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with set schedules, weekend rotation, and strong benefits to support work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 miles daily.
• Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law may require 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop the skills needed to deliver exceptional service, and provide feedback to the GM.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to all regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
