Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across stores in your district. You’ll drive store success by delegating tasks, mentoring Team Members, and upholding customer service standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position includes a 10pm–6am shift premium of $1.50/hr, plus generous benefits: PTO, parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, medical/vision/dental, snacks, and four-day work weeks with every other weekend off.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 20 lb; assist with up to 40 lb with a partner.
• Minimum age 18; VA requires Supervisors 21+ for certain tasks.
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles daily; mileage reimbursed beyond 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while upholding standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide feedback to General Manager.
• Work alongside Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster positive store culture and embody performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance; travel locally to support nearby stores.
