Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across district stores. You’ll lead teams, delegate tasks, and maintain exceptional customer service while traveling between locations.

The role offers a $1.50/hr shift premium for 10pm–6am, set schedules with every other weekend off, and strong benefit options including PTO, 100% paid parental leave, 401k match, employee stock ownership, and full medical, vision, and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, and reaching.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and assist with up to 40 pounds.
• Experience leading a team or collaborating to meet goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles daily (mileage reimbursed beyond 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while upholding standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
