Sheetz, Inc. in Willoughby, OH is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across district stores. You will delegate tasks to Store Team Members, mentor staff, and uphold service and safety standards to drive store success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating with others to achieve goals.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, providing feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
