Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across multiple stores and ensure top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will travel between stores in the district, drive operational excellence, and mentor Team Members to deliver consistent results.

This role offers a night shift premium and benefits, with schedules that include every other weekend and a 4-day work week vibe. Previous store leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles one way).
• Ability to multitask and perform physical activities such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, providing performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required and maintain smooth operations across stores.
