Job summary

Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive performance across multiple stores. You’ll lead teams, set expectations, and ensure top customer service while managing operations across sites.

Travel locally to support nearby stores with set schedules and every other weekend off. The role offers strong growth, comprehensive benefits, and a pathway to advance within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and perform physical activity with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; may lift up to 40 pounds with a partner.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old (note: VA law requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively toward shared goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while upholding operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work closely with Team Members to maintain smooth operations across stores.
• Promote a positive store culture by adhering to Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following all regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
