Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple stores in the district. You’ll travel between locations to drive store success and mentor team members, maintaining high energy and top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating a group to achieve goals.
• Able to multitask and perform physical tasks (standing, bending) up to 20–40 pounds.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one-way; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.
• Minimum age 18 (21 in Virginia for specific tasks).

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Collaborate with Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Promote a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulations and standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
