Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Plano, TX is seeking a District Shift Leader who will develop into a General Manager within the market. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure top quality product and guest experience.

Shifts start as early as 3am, with opportunities to travel between locations and grow into a GM role. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and operational oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Will complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification if not already possessed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, and ensure high quality food and service.
• Learn restaurant administration duties including inventory, vendor orders, cash management, and scheduling.
