Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Lafayette, IN is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan and advance to bakery GM when available.

You will manage daily operations at a home location, train and coach teams, and occasionally support other bakeries in the market. Early starts (as early as 3am) ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment while you build leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-level operations for home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Prepare for General Manager promotion within the market when available.
• Coach and train teams, ensuring high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment.
• Handle early-morning baking duties starting as early as 3am.
