Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to support our GM development track. You will help manage a home bakery and assist other locations in the market, starting as early as 3am to lead baking and service.

The role builds toward a General Manager position as you gain leadership experience and cross-location exposure. You will coach teams, ensure food quality and safety, and learn inventory, vendor orders, and cash management under the development plan.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required; ability to coach and develop teams.
• Willingness to lead across multiple locations in the market.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and retain staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example at the home location and assist other bakeries in the market.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Support scheduling, inventory tracking, and cash handling during development.
