Job summary

Bruegger’s Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a targeted General Manager development plan and potentially advance to a bakery General Manager when the position is available.

District Shift Leaders will manage daily operations at a home location, support other stores in the market, and rotate through roles to ensure quality service. Shifts start as early as 3am with a focus on training and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan, if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage District locations within the market; support other bakeries as needed.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams; ensure high-quality food and beverage service.
• Participate in the GM development plan and prepare for permanent GM promotion when available.
