Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Plymouth, MI seeks a District Shift Leader to drive operations and develop future General Managers. You will lead a home bakery and support other locations within the market, starting as early as 3am to ensure smooth openings and quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am).
• Willingness to travel within the market to support other bakeries.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Coach and train store teams and ensure high-quality food and service.
• Assist in training and development toward General Manager promotion.
• Oversee inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management under GM plan.
