Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a District Shift Leader in Lawrenceville, GA to manage shifts, coach teams, and support multiple bakery locations within the market. You will begin at a home location with early 3am starts, and participate in a GM development plan that could lead to a General Manager promotion when available.

You will learn restaurant administration tasks including inventory, vendor orders, and cash handling while maintaining high standards and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a hospitality or food-service setting.
• Willingness to travel between market locations for coverage.
• Ability to learn and execute Bagel Brands GM development plan.
• Reliable, with strong coaching and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery teams during shifts at home location and across market locations.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Support other locations in the market as needed to maintain standards.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and basic store operations.
• Uphold food safety, quality, and cleanliness throughout the shift.
