Job summary

Bagel Brands in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a District Shift Leader who will participate in a General Manager development plan and be next in line for GM ownership when a position is available.

You will lead at your home location and support other bakeries in the market, traveling as needed to gain broader experience and learn from senior leaders.

The role requires early starts, strong leadership, and a commitment to coaching teams to deliver high-quality products in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver's license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan, if a valid certification is not already in possession.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach/train the teams across bakery locations.
• Travel to support other bakeries in the market to gain independence and learn from leaders.
• Ensure high-quality food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Learn to perform GM duties including inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, scheduling, and recruiting.
