Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader in Georgia to begin a GM development track and eventually take ownership as General Manager at a bakery. You will lead daily operations, coach teams, and rotate across locations within the market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations at home location and support other bakeries as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams and maintain high quality.
• Oversee inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
• Develop skills in P&L analysis, labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting.
