Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Atlanta, GA is seeking a District Shift Leader to support multiple bakeries and lead the next General Manager in the market. This role starts with district responsibilities at a home location and includes travel to other locations for development and coverage.

The position requires early hours (as early as 3am), coaching of teams, and preparation for a GM promotion within the market when available. You’ll learn restaurant admin tasks and P&L concepts as you grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the market to support bakeries.
• Must be able to work varied hours, including early mornings starting as early as 3am.

Responsibilities

• Lead district shift duties at the home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving food cost, labor targets, scheduling, and recruitment of team members.
• Prepare for a potential General Manager promotion within the market when available.
