Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a District Shift Leader to grow into General Manager responsibilities.

You will perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed, with travel for development opportunities. Shifts begin as early as 3am; you will lead by example, coach teams, ensure high-quality food and beverage, and maintain a safe, clean store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe Certification required by GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, coach teams, and ensure high-quality food and beverages.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and assist with scheduling and training.
• This role is a stepping stone to General Manager when openings arise in the market.
