Job summary

Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a District Shift Leader to join a GM development program. You will perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market, with travel between locations to gain experience and prepare for a General Manager role.

Shifts start as early as 3am to accommodate bakery operations. You will lead by example, coach teams, and learn essential skills in inventory, vendor orders, cash handling, and staff scheduling as you grow into a GM

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by end of GM development plan.
• Strong ability to lead teams, manage costs, and schedule effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide ongoing coaching for teams.
• Participate in a GM development plan and transition to GM when available.
• Learn grocery/restaurant admin tasks including inventory, vendor orders, and cash management.
