Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a District Shift Leader with the potential to advance to General Manager. You will manage a home bakery, train teams, and support other locations in the market. Expect early start times and a schedule designed for busy seasons.

The role requires leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ServSafe certification by plan completion. You’ll learn P&L analysis, food cost controls, and recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Willing to work early hours and weekends (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations; other benefits vary by position.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, coach teams, ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean store.
• Learn inventory tracking, vendor orders and cash management as part of GM development.
• Travel to other locations within the market as needed to gain experience.
