Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a targeted General Manager development plan. You will lead a bakery, coach teams, and support other locations in the market to prepare for a General Manager role when opportunities arise.

Expect early shifts starting around 3am, hands-on leadership, and training in inventory, vendor orders, and cash management as you grow into store leadership within Houston and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by the end of the GM development plan if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example, train and coach teams, and maintain high-quality food and guest service.
• Execute inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, and related administrative tasks as part of the GM development plan.
