Bagel Brands in Houston is seeking a District Shift Leader who will perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market. You’ll lead by example, coach teams, and ensure high-quality food and a clean, safe store environment.

The role is a stepping stone to a General Manager position through a targeted development plan, with early shifts starting at 3am and opportunities for advancement within the market.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification required by end of GM development plan.
• 2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead management duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams to ensure high-quality food and clean, safe stores.
• Learn and apply inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management as part of the GM development path.
• Support recruitment and scheduling to meet business needs.
