Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan and lead at a home bakery while supporting other locations in the market. The role begins with early shifts starting as 3am to prep for opening and develop leadership skills across sites.

You will learn restaurant administration, inventory, cash handling, and P&L analysis while preparing for a possible GM promotion in the market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead District Shift Leader duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Travel to other locations within the market to gain experience and support operations.
• Provide coaching and training to teams and act as brand ambassador.
• Help ensure high quality food/beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
