Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Atlanta is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a targeted General Manager development plan. You will manage a home bakery and support other locations in the market, traveling as needed to learn from senior leaders.

Shifts start as early as 3am, and you will coach teams to ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment. The role trains you in inventory, vendor orders, cash management and P&L basics, with the goal of promoting to a General

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience required (2+ years preferred).
• ServSafe Certification is required by end of GM development plan.
• Willingness to travel within the market to support other locations.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead home location operations and support other bakeries in the market.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to teams and act as brand ambassador.
• Participate in the GM development plan with training in inventory, scheduling, and P&L basics.
• Prepare for permanent GM promotion within the market as opportunities arise.
• Assist with early-morning shifts and ensure high-quality food and guest experience.
