Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Marietta, GA is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a targeted General Manager development plan and progress toward bakery ownership when a GM position opens. You will lead at a home location, coach teams, and occasionally support other locations in the market.

Shifts start early (as early as 3am). You will be a brand ambassador, manage daily tasks, and learn P&L, food cost, labor targets, scheduling, and recruitment as you grow into a GM role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead at the home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to teams and serve as a brand ambassador.
• Assist with restaurant administration duties during development, including inventory, orders, and cash handling.
• Aspire to transition to a General Manager role when a position is available within the market.
