Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Atlanta seeks a District Shift Leader on a GM development path to eventually take ownership of a bakery as a General Manager. You will start with home-location duties and may support other bakeries in the market, traveling as needed to learn from other leaders.

You will lead by example with early shifts starting around 3am, coaching teams, and ensuring safe, high-quality food and a clean environment while growing into a GM role when available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan, if not already.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, provide coaching and training for teams.
• Ensure high-quality food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store.
• Learn inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management during GM development.
• Grow into a General Manager role when a position is available within the market.
• Adapt to evolving duties as the company assigns new responsibilities.
