Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Williamsville, NY is seeking a District Shift Leader as part of a GM development track. You will manage at a home location, backfill during peak times, and travel to support other bakeries in the market. Early 3am shifts begin, with coaching and brand leadership expected daily.

The role prepares you for a General Manager promotion, with responsibilities spanning inventory, scheduling, and basic P&L concepts within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess a current, valid driver's license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example, be a brand ambassador, and provide ongoing coaching and training for the teams.
• Prepare for potential GM promotion within the market when available.
