Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Glastonbury, CT, is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan and lead store operations. You will manage at the home location and support nearby bakeries, with travel within the market for growth.

You will start as early as 3am, coach teams, and learn P&L, food cost, and labor targets as you progress toward a GM role. This role requires leadership and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already possessed.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Travel to other locations within the market to learn and assist.
• Lead, coach, and train teams; ensure high-quality food and beverage service.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and operations to uphold standards.
