Bruegger's Bagels in New Haven, CT is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan and to lead at the home location while supporting other bakeries in the market.

Shifts begin as early as 3am for bake and opening duties; you will learn inventory, vendor orders, cash management, and P&L basics as you grow toward a General Manager role. Competitive pay and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by end of GM development plan.

Responsabilités

• Lead at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Train and coach teams to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Assist in inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
