Job summary

Bruegger’s Bagels in Pittsburgh is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan. You will lead store operations, coach teams, and support other bakeries in the market while preparing to own a bakery when a GM position is available.

Shifts start as early as 3am, with responsibilities including inventory tracking, cash management, scheduling, and hiring. The role requires leadership experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work varied hours, including early mornings.
• Background check clearance and valid driver’s license required.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead district stores and support other locations in the market.
• Provide coaching and training to store teams.
• Assist GM development plan with inventory tracking and cash management basics.
• Ensure high-quality food and a clean, safe store environment.
