Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Kansas is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a GM development program and eventually take ownership as a General Manager when available. You will lead by example, train teams, and support multiple locations with early hours and coaching to ensure quality food and a safe, clean store environment.

You will learn restaurant admin duties, including inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management, while preparing for a market-wide GM promotion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early mornings.
• Pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at home location and support other bakeries as needed.
• Lead by example, coach teams, and ensure high quality food and service.
• Learn GM responsibilities including inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
